The Past Pupils Association of Galahitiyawa Central College has proudly celebrated its Golden Jubilee, marking over 50 years since its establishment in 1967. Over the decades, the Association has grown into a strong and vibrant gathering of past pupils, significantly contributing to the development of the college. It has consistently stepped forward to safeguard the school from both internal and external challenges, maintaining its goodwill.
In addition to enhancing the physical assets of the college, the Association has also focused on improving the qualitative aspects of the school and its educational standards. Furthermore, an annual scholarship program has been implemented, offering over 90 scholarships and awards to encourage current students to achieve higher standards.
